Adam Gleason is a partner and manager within Second Wind Consultants. Adam has worked with Second Wind since its inception over ten years ago. His prior experience covers the gamut of the financial arena from experience in underwriting, securitization and repossession prior to joining the Second Wind team. His primary occupation within the operational workflow is in quality oversight of the Consulting team’s strategic development, as well as handling his own balance of casework focused on more complex cases.

Adam has held positions as the company’s Director of Consulting and as a long-time senior Consultant in the past before assuming his current responsibilities.
